SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped during business days only. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for an order to ship after processing.

Order processing takes 3 days. All goods ship via Fedex or DHL Express

Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days or order processing
days.

Signature is required upon delivery of all packages. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. A tracking number is emailed to your email on file once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure your email is correct. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours before tracking info
becomes visible online after receiving your tracking information. Shipping info may not be
available on the weekends!

International orders can take up to 8 -14 business days to receive.

We are NOT responsible for customs fees and other charges associated with international
orders once items have been shipped. This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and
brokerage fees are NOT CHARGED BY Flair Hair and are the responsibility of the customer at
the time of delivery.

If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Flair Hair, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, UNCLAIMED, INCORRECT
SHIPPING ADDRESSES (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the
purchase is the address we will ship the package to) Please keep this in mind when ordering.
